Loss.
Pregnancy, stillbirth, and infant loss are a devastating part of parenthood for some individuals. If you have experienced loss, I can offer a space for grief.
I approach grief with the perspective that your grief is your love. It’s not to be “gotten over,” or “moved on” from. Your baby isn’t something to be left in the past. However, therapy can help provide you with the space to learn how to live alongside your grief, to integrate this vitally important love, as you continue to live.
Loss is a disorienting experience, and can bring people to therapy for the first time. We can meet, for a 50 min free consultation, and discuss what working together might be like. Reach out to me for any questions about my approach, and how support with your loss can be beneficial.
